On Labor Day weekend I surprised my dad by flying out to Louisiana. S/O my wife to be for finding the cheapest flight and getting it booked for me @shannywanie . I hadn’t seen my pops since March when my grandmother, his mother, passed away. He’s been my hero all of my life. l’ll continue to honor my parents every chance that I get, even if it’s just a surprise visit to wrap my arms around them to tell them I love them in person.
